Job Description

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for stewarding master data and recurring processes inside Salesforce. You will work in tandem with regionally based administrators, performing various ad-hoc projects such as targeted data enrichment, research and resolution of specific data discrepancies, report design and distribution, and cross departmental collaboration.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage different facets of Case Management, including complex Case Assignment Rules, SLA, Routing Configurations, etc.
  • Assist with issues related to the customer community portal built on SF Experience Cloud.
  • Customize and configure out-of-the-box functionality features such as Flows, workflows, process builder, email templates, data categories, etc.
  • Implement and govern security related to profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing settings, and login access policies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Provide training sessions for users and team members on new functionalities and best practices.
  • Assist with third-party application integrations, as assigned.
  • Perform and coordinate deployments with the Salesforce admin team.
  • Perform sandbox refreshes and activities related to those refreshes as appropriate.
  • Research and stay current on security and maintenance related items by utilizing Trust.salesforce.com or other pertinent sites and tools.

Your Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Case Management Experience.
  • Experience Cloud Experience would be an added advantage.
  • Experience on Einstein bot would be an added advantage.
  • Sales Cloud Experience is a plus.
  • Must be active Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator, a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail while servicing tickets, during deployment processes, and curating documentation.
  • Must be a team player who understands the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
  • Must possess ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must possess good change management practices and rigorously test any changes within the Salesforce sandbox before deploying to production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related area.
