Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Fade Station Barber Shop Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office services.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
- Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Supply Chain Management: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Reliability: High level of reliability and attention to detail.
- Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English language proficiency.
