Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our team is equipped with the best tools and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop and applications in a mid-sized organization
  • Proficient experience with working in a Microsoft server environment, including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL
  • Expert knowledge of installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software combined with excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Working knowledge and ability to identify areas of improvement through process or technology
  • Must be highly motivated with great attention to detail and providing quality results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
  • Post-Secondary education in the field of Computer Science or equivalent
