- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, document solutions, and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts, developers, and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to technical problems.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Environment: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
