Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Knights Inn Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Leadership: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, co-ordinate, assign and review work, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Support and Inclusion: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees, and promotes diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers and visible minorities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and ability to work in a team.
