We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Knights Inn Motel. Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs, and provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees.
- Performance Management: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and ability to work in a team.
