We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Colborne Street Limited Partnership.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, including managing staff, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews
- Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies
- Conduct training sessions and negotiate with clients for facility use
- Perform front desk duties and prepare budgets
- Implement marketing activities and arrange for maintenance
- Enforce policies and procedures and address customer complaints
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and establish work schedules
- Manage events and organize inventory
- 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods and overtime required
