Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Colborne Street Limited Partnership. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, including staff supervision, guest services, and facilities management.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, including check-in, check-out, and any other requests or issues.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities, including the front desk, lobby, and guest rooms.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and vendors.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
