Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Colborne Street Limited Partnership. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities

Requirements:
