Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Colborne Street Limited Partnership. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, including equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations, with a proven track record of success.
