Support Services Coordinator

As a Support Services Coordinator with beBee Professionals, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in Kelowna, Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide support with medication administration and daily exercises.
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
- Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
- Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
