Senior Sales Leader for Energy Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team. This key role will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to grow Rodan's revenues across all lines of business in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth across multiple business lines.
  2. Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  3. Analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Establishing annual sales budgets and targets, and implementing strategic plans to achieve them.
  5. IDentifying new growth opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate existing products, focusing on customer needs and market conditions.
  7. Serving as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business direction and fostering a positive work culture.

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of successful sales leadership experience, managing sales and marketing professionals.
  2. A balance of strategic vision and hands-on approach to get the job done.
  3. Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding yearly sales team targets.
  4. Strong understanding of North American electricity markets and the energy services sector (specifically demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service).
  5. Post-secondary degree and ability to travel throughout the US and Canada.
  6. Ability to deliver on short-term targets while implementing a long-range strategy and vision.
  7. Excellent financial and analytical skills, powerful verbal and written communication skills, and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  8. C-Level presence, strategic acumen, consultative-selling skills, and executive credibility.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year.
  2. Complete benefits package or stipend and pension match.
