We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts in North America. As Head of North American Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and cultivating a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all lines of business in North America.
  2. Lead and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including energy industry leaders, government officials, and community partners.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  5. Establish and manage annual business development budgets, sales targets, and strategic plans to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services, leveraging customer insights and market research to inform product development.
  7. Serve as a key member of the leadership team, providing input on overall business direction and contributing to the development of company-wide strategies.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • A strong understanding of the North American energy sector, including demand response, distributed energy resources, and software/energy as a service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or environmental science.

  • A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
