Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ALG AUTOMOTIVE LOUNGE GROUP INC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including minutes of meetings, correspondence, and other documents.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
