Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the necessary support & services to meet their business objectives.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies with stakeholders to deliver product and operational services, training, and customer services.
- Promote business success by regularly assessing how our solutions meet customer needs and identifying areas for improvement or growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five (5+) years' experience as a CSM and/or building and selling IT products.
- Deep understanding of the local market, business analytics, key competitors, and potential partners' offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
