Job Description
In this role, you'll be working closely with our clients and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient intake and management of workplace injury claims in Quebec. This involves analyzing incident reports, investigating causes, and developing effective case management strategies to minimize time-loss and costs. You'll also provide clear and concise communication to our clients, injured workers, and government agencies throughout the claim process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claim Analysis: Thoroughly analyze incident reports to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Investigation: Conduct prompt and thorough investigations into reported incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
  • Communication: Deliver clear and concise information to our clients, injured workers, and government agencies at each stage of the claim process.
  • Legislation Interpretation: Apply in-depth knowledge of Quebec's workers' compensation legislation and regulations to inform claim decisions.
  • Reporting and Appeals: Prepare and submit accurate reports, identify appeal opportunities, and draft objection letters when necessary.
  • Case Management: Design and implement effective return-to-work strategies for injured employees.
  • Medical Follow-Up: Monitor medical reports and correspondence from the CNESST to ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
  • Independent Medical Evaluations: Coordinate and prepare files for IMEs to support informed claim decisions.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in managing workers' compensation claims in Quebec.
