Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at PASWAL TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Ensure seamless information flow within the team by coordinating tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and prepare minutes as required.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, client-focused, reliable, and excellent time management skills.
Work Experience:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
