Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, from identifying staffing requirements to advising managers on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate applicants, and advise them on employment requirements and terms and conditions
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Supervise personnel clerks and recruit and hire staff
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is hybrid, with a mix of in-office and remote work. The work language is English.
