Key Responsibilities:

* Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications
* Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features
* Plan and manage landscape construction work, including scheduling and resource allocation
* Maintain accurate work records and logs, including material requisitions and equipment maintenance
* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

* 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
* Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
