Job Title: Landscaping Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Field Supervisor to join our team at Alpha Better Landscaping. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our landscaping crew and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of our landscaping crew, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with our project management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance and support to the crew.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with our company's health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including regular communication and project updates.
  • Manage and maintain our company's fleet of vehicles and equipment, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
