Position Overview

Mirage Landscaping Incorporated is seeking a dedicated Landscaping Supervisor to oversee our landscaping operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team effectively while ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance and construction.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within landscaping or grounds maintenance
Work Environment
  • Outdoor settings
  • Exposure to varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, oversee, and schedule a team of 3-4 staff members
  • Plan and execute grounds maintenance activities
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction projects
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality
  • Establish work schedules and operational procedures
  • Clear snow and ice from pathways and parking areas
