Job Description: Landscape Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscaping construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the execution of landscaping projects according to client specifications and budget constraints.
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of landscape workers, ensuring efficient and safe work practices.
  • Inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Resolve any construction issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Landscape Construction Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of landscaping principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
