About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Professional to join our team in Kelowna, BC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales through strategic account management and prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Foster positive customer relationships through exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Post-Secondary education preferred
  • 1-3 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in the Safety sector a plus)
  • A strong knowledge of the Industrial Sales market is preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills
