About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations
  • Utilizing your product knowledge to drive sales and promote our fashion lines
  • Covering the sales floor and maintaining visual standards to ensure a cohesive and inviting store environment
  • Assisting with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
  • Working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
