Job Title: Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a Full time Field Industrial/Safety Sales Representative to join our team in Kelowna

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets through greater penetration within existing accounts, and prospecting and building business with new accounts
  • Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded
  • Develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
  • Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the team to ensure key performance indicators are met
  • Operate a mobile sales van
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Post-Secondary education preferred
  • 1-3 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in the Safety sector a plus)
  • A strong knowledge of the Industrial Sales market is preferred
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance
  • Proficient use of customer database systems and contact management software
  • Possess established skills to work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Capable of driving a Sprinter Van
