Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at F & J Woodworking Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry tasks.
- HR Operations: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and supervise other workers as needed.
- Employee Relations: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, respond to employee questions and complaints, and motivate staff to achieve their goals.
- Compliance: Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and establish and implement policies and procedures as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an HR-related role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 37.5 hours per week
This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
