Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate HR Activities: Ensure that all HR activities are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Develop and Implement HR Policies: Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals.
- Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, values and ethics, and accountability.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with ability to work independently.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.
