Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR Activities: Ensure that all HR activities are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies: Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, team player, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, values and ethics, and accountability.
Working Conditions:
