Human Resources Generalist

Hotel Arts Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our operational leaders, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and driving employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Selection: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Occupational Health and Safety: Administer health and safety programs, including COR certification and annual audits.
- Administration: Provide support with payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees and management.
- Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems, with experience in payroll and benefits administration.
