About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Calibre Consulting Corp. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
    • Assign projects to subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations to drive business results.
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management
    • Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to ensure compliance and best practices.
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to fill critical roles and drive business growth.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive employee development and growth.
    • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Administration
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective operation of the HR department.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and clients.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results and improve processes.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
