Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at the Canadian Centre of Recovery Excellence. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate HR Activities: Ensure that all HR activities are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage the hiring process.
  • Training and Development: Plan and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in MS Office and database software.
