About the Role

As a Human Resources Training Specialist, you will:

  • Design and deliver adult training programs, ensuring staff receive comprehensive onboarding and group/individual training.
  • Support leadership in developing training skills, providing expert advice to managers, directors, and board members.
  • Track training outcomes, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and report skills gaps or performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, collective agreements, and health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training and development, and strong proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Formal education in learning theories and training methodologies.
  • Experience designing and delivering adult training/education programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000 and up to 3 weeks of vacation, generous PTO, and free parking on-site.
