**Job Description:**

The Community Outreach Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and executing outreach campaigns, events, and initiatives to recruit new clients for programs and services and build awareness of HTA 75 in the communities served.

This hybrid position requires self-motivation, enthusiasm, and community drive, as well as a strong understanding of current equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging practices. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and maintain an annual outreach plan, collaborate with the Communications Manager, and create marketing and outreach products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct effective, professional outreach to meet the needs of HTA programs and services, including digital engagement, one-to-one phone and in-person engagement, external events, and community canvassing.
  • Develop and maintain an annual outreach plan to communicate and market HTA 75 programs, activities, and events.
  • Maintain HTA 75's centralized database by collecting and analyzing data from services, programs, education, and outreach activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bilingual, fluency in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**Compensation:** $60,000 - $65,000 (pro-rated for the duration of the contract). Health and dental benefits also included.
