Retail Store Supervisor

Petro Canada is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales and Operations: Manage the sales floor, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual displays. Ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized
