Job Summary
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact business results and continuously develop and empower your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
