Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Coordinator to join our team at Doormate Services Inc. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with a focus on secondary (high) school graduation certificate. You will be expected to carry out various administrative activities, including data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be responsible for training staff, overseeing office administrative procedures, and resolving conflict situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that deadlines are met
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data analysis
  • Train staff on new procedures and best practices
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business administration
  • Permanent employment status
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also provide a range of benefits, including MS Office skills and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
