Business Operations Coordinator
OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Memorable Maids Ltd. This is a key role that will support the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing databases, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and colleagues.
- Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, ability to work under pressure, MS Office proficiency, and criminal record check.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
