About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Titanic Transport Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be tasked with carrying out various administrative activities, including administering policies and procedures related to record release, coordinating office services, assembling data for reports, and performing data entry.

You will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor progress, and evaluate effectiveness.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. If you are a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who can work well under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration or a related field

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
