About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at St. Clements Poultry Meats Inc.

As a key member of our processing team, you will be responsible for preparing meats for processing or cutting, cutting carcasses and sides, and trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat.

You will also be expected to wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, cut poultry into parts, and train other meat cutters.

Work Environment

Our meat processing facility operates in a cold/refrigerated environment, and you will be working in a fast-paced setting with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential for this role, as is the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in meat processing or a related field
