About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Respond to fire alarms and other calls for assistance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
