As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving market growth and expansion for Spark Power. You will lead the sales efforts in assigned market segments across North America, leveraging your expertise to identify strategic customer accounts and develop annual sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed aggregate annual segment sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling solutions and increasing volume.
- Provide sales leadership in negotiating and closing major project opportunities, working collaboratively with branch managers and project teams.
- Maintain accurate reporting within our CRM system to track customer and channel partner relationships, sales funnel stages, and outreach activities.
You will work closely with our Marketing team to determine strategies and tactics in support of lead generation, and collaborate with our Operations teams on the planning and execution of tradeshows and customer events.
Requirements:- 5+ years of related sales experience in industrial and technology applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Full understanding of the commercial and/or industrial sales cycle.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and manage complex customer relationships.
