Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Craft and implement tailored business development strategies to foster revenue growth and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new market opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure seamless communication and data integrity.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
  • Deliver high-quality sales reports and documentation, including timely entry of data into CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, team collaboration, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo is an asset.
