About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Liberty Tax Service. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
