About the Job

We're currently looking for a Level 1-2 Support Technician for our client in downtown Montreal. This is a permanent position, 100% on-site.

Your Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone calls from users of the company's various office automation tools;
  • Guide users in the proper use of applications;
  • Resolve first and second-level problems by guiding users through the process, and document requests, incidents, and solutions;
  • Escalate and follow up on problem resolution;
  • Manage equipment loans (laptops, internet keys, and mobile printers);

College diploma (DEC) in computer science or a related field;

  • At least 4 years' experience in IT support;
  • You are committed to excellent customer service, have good interpersonal skills, and are able to communicate easily with a variety of people;
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written French and English;
  • You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Windows 11, and networking skills (an asset);
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • You're able to manage several tasks simultaneously, and you're discreet, courteous, and a team player.
