Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
- Assign duties to sales workers and ensure they meet targets.
- Hire and train new staff or arrange for their training.
- Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

- Reliability and ability to work well under pressure.
This position offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Salary Range:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
