Key Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
  • Assign duties to sales workers and ensure they meet targets.
  • Hire and train new staff or arrange for their training.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise as needed.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
