The Tile Shoppe Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Key Accounts Manager in an exciting opportunity that offers a challenging role with great opportunities for growth.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can lead our sales team in achieving high sales volumes while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or management, preferably in the retail industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering procedures;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our merchandise inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure based on performance.
