Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menu development, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Cook and prepare a wide range of dishes, including special meals for patients with dietary restrictions
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:
