Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Experience Partner to join our team at Damco Spain SL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships, ensuring timely communication, and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Maersk's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience activities, including visibility, reporting, and problem resolution.
- Provide expert-level support to customers, including shipment tracking, exception management, and coordination between teams.
- Stay up-to-date with business requirements and end-to-end products, executing according to defined IOPs, SOPs, and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships with operational teams, providing ideas for process improvements, product offerings, and customer experience enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of Cargowise and freight forwarding principles.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding and domestic freight.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, innovate, and find new solutions.
- Competitive salary range: $72,000-$78,000 CAD.
