Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Tastyeats Foods Ltd. as a key member of our customer-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Lead a Team: Oversee the performance of customer service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Assign Tasks and Duties: Effectively allocate responsibilities to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and develop customer service representatives, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Develop Training Programs: Design and implement training initiatives to enhance staff performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Interactions: Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and optimal customer service delivery.
- Monitor Performance: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist with settlement needs, facilitate access to community resources, and provide language training and skills development opportunities.
- Support for Youths: Participate in youth employment programs, offer on-the-job training, and provide mentorship opportunities.
- Support for Veterans: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities, provide awareness training, and recruit Veterans through targeted hiring initiatives.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in initiatives supporting Indigenous people, offer mentorship and coaching, and develop relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
- Support for Mature Workers: Apply hiring policies discouraging age discrimination, provide awareness training, and offer mentorship, coaching, and phased retirement options.
