We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and Visual Display: Utilize merchandising standards to create visually appealing and stimulating store displays, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Conduct inventory cycle counts, replenish stock, manage product returns, and receive and process incoming store merchandise.
- Customer Engagement: Engage and connect with customers on the sales floor, leveraging our product to tell stories and create a memorable experience.
- Store Operations: Align with Store leadership on goals and objectives for the fiscal year, and contribute to an environment where everyone knows their health and safety is a top priority.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek information regarding new products, promotions, and programs, and share ideas with Leadership Team on how to improve the employee and customer experience.
- Experience: Experience in specialty retail or a retail environment preferred but not required.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, and lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Schedule: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, overnights, and early mornings.
- Language: Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.
