We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at PARAM INDUSTRIES. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to customers on products and services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
    • Coordinate repair work and implement measures to prevent downtime.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments in a secure and accurate manner.
    • Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving
    • Answer customer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning their accounts.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 37.5 hours per week.
